  I didn't confront his yesterday on the phone about it and he got vex and starting switching on me one minute his telling he dont know what im talking then saying he worded the text wrong and the saying he didn't link her so if was just their friends with no benefits why did he lie to me about it so in the end i got pissed off with the lies and hang up the phone on him if nothing happen why hasn't he contacted me i know if i done nothing wrong i would of contacted him

  Sounds to me that you caught him right in the act, he's denying that it ever happened in the first place after he said he worded it wrong and never met the girl or did anything with her. In my opinion you should dump him, you need trust in a relationship and if he can't be honest about it when being confronted then you should move on.

  Yeah i know your right gonna be hard after over 10yrs what a waste of my teenage years even if i wanted to cut him out my life permanently i can't there's always gonna be connection between us we got kids together he says we wouldn't have this problem if i didn't move back to east london as his a west man i already packed all his stuff the other day that he leaved in my yard also the stuff he bought me plus the engagement ring gave that back on notthing hill carnival
